Core Network Node Integration: To conduct stand alone network element test new core network nodes (MSC, HLR, STP, TSC). Coordinate and Perform AXE node acceptance with Vendor To conduct hardware expansions of core network nodes from installation, commissioning and integration. Prepare integration DT for new core network nodes as required2. Planning for Core network Nodes: To aid planning engineers to have a more detailed approach in impact analysis of their plans. 3. Recovery from emergency fault situations: Assist switch operations and NSS in emergency fault resolution as required Resolution of technical issues that may arise with the integration of new core network nodes4. Proactive Planning for performance affecting issues: To proactively ascertain potential quality impacting trends in the network and work with planning, performance and NSS to resolve these Carry out special investigations aimed at network quality improvements as required.5. Software Upgrades: To work closely with the vendor and performance engineers to assess the impacts of major software upgrades Coordinate and implement all major software upgrades after first node implementation6. Technical Coordination of Network migration from 2G to 3G and monolithic to layered architecture.7.
