Chisco Group Nigeria Limited Description : The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Bus Franchise operations. He/she will coordinate both commercial and operational activities of bus services. Specific responsibilities include:• Develop and implement operational specifications of the bus services operations, information, security and customer services.• Develop and implement appropriate commercial strategies for bus operations, including fares, revenue protection arrangements, marketing and performance regimes.• Ensure that commercial and operational milestones are achieved. Qualifications : • A good first degree or its equivalent in related disciplines from a reputable institution. • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in a commercial position. • Previous experience in a Bus service transport company will be an advantage. • Strategic orientation, good leadership skills with ability to motivate team members • Experience in setting and achieving revenue maximization. • Ability to work long hours.
