Responsibilities:
As a GDMO Surgeon, you’ll provide general and specialist medical care to SPDC’s staff and dependants. In detail, this will involve: Emergency general and specialist duty care Medical evacuation and resuscitation services A leadership role in the medical team, providing general and specialist input towards the development of procedures and protocols for the optimisation of our services Providing health education for patients, subordinates and management in developing a healthy workforce Identifying and maintaining professional skills and knowledge for self-development through internal and external training programmes Ensuring the suitability, availability and serviceability of all equipment needed to deliver routine and specialist care.
Requirements:

Job Title :Business Planning ManagerDepartment:FinanceLocation:LagosJob Description: * To coordinate the MTN Nigeria (MTNN) forecast, budget and business plan processes, policies and procedures * To continually review the MTNN cost center structures, accounts codes and classifications to ensure compliance with the IFRS and local standards as the case may be * Provide guidance and lead on divisional submissions (assumptions and other inputs –financials and non financials) into the MTNN forecast, budget and business plan processes * To ensure smooth flow of information and facilitate effective data processing by the financial systems team to ensure efficiency in the forecast, budget and business plan processes * To facilitate the implementation of effective budgetary controls in the organization * Responsible for timely submission of the forecast, budget and business plan to the local management and MTN Group * Perform detailed analytical review and sensitivity analyses of the forecast, budget and business plan submissions(assumption) to ensure correctness, completeness and accuracy of numbers * Produce quality reports and presentations on the forecast, budget and business plan * Liaise with other divisions to facilitate efficient flow of data and information for the forecast, budget and the business plan purposes * To ensure an alignment and/or synchronization of the MTN Group objectives to the MTNN forecast , budget and business plan * To facilitate consistency of the forecast, budget and business plan between the budgeting tool (Hyperion Planning) and the ERP(IFS) * Finalizing of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow Statement for the forecast, budget and the business plan * Review of the annual budget and forecast financial and non –financial ratios and report on variances to management(local and MTN Group) on as-need-be basis Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions Extended working hoursReporting To: Senior Manager Business Analysis & PlanningRequired Skills: * Seven(7) years of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Budget and Business plan experience * Minimum of three(3) years of supervisory experience in Financial Reporting, Analyses and/or Business Planning * Strong modeling skills and proven experience * Experience in the use of the Hyperion tools, Industrial Financial Systems(IFS) and Oracle Financial Analyzer * Experience in the Telecommunications industry * Experience in any of the “Big Five” audit firmsEmployment Status :PermanentQualification:A good first degree in a numerate discipline (Accounting, Statistics and Economics) A Professional Accounting qualification ACA,ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
